With plenty of past camping adventures and destinations we have visited, Rosedale was definitely one to remember! From our first enquiry until departure, we were given a 10/10 service & experience!
Our camping experience at Rosedale was great! With a friendly accommodating host as our first point of contact, via a user-friendly dashboard, Hipcamp.
Rosedale Venue is located within the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Delaneys Creek. The location was named after Joseph Delaney an early Explorer and Gold Prospector.
Rosedale Venue is located roughly 1 hour from Brisbane and 45 minutes from the Sunshine Coast!
Each campsite had access to a spot along the creek with plenty of flat sites which was perfect to set up the Caravan!
As well as being a pet-friendly venue, Rosedale Venue had a few hidden gems! One of which included a beautiful campfire setting at the top of the property near the homestead. Where you could overlook the landscape and across to the Glass House Mountains, the most picturesque view! Particularly at sunset with the campfire lit and complimentary blankets on a chilly evening!
We also found out that the main dam had Silver Perch! The host was happy for us to throw in a line and fish… although our technique was a bit rusty!
Rosedale is one of those rare to find boutique properties, for campers looking for the perfect spot to escape to the countryside! Bookings via Hipcamp.
